I was greeted and I got a smoothie and acai bowl and it tasted delicious! Ana has really good customer service and greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions and gave me good recommendations! very good employee

I just visited Earth Born on 10th, and the service and quality have gone downhill. I ordered two classic flatbreads, both were missing tomato and avocado, and there was barely any sauce. When I went back inside to let them know, they told me they were out of tomato and avocado. They just served me turkey and lettuce. If I’d been told they were out beforehand, I would’ve chosen something different. On top of that, I also ordered a salad with turkey breast. They forgot the turkey and handed me a ridiculously small box, not the normal size I’ve always received. When I asked about it, they said they were out of big boxes, yet they gave my flatbread in a big box, so that makes no sense. I’m basically paying $14 for just a side salad. If you’re shrinking portions, the price should reflect that as well. Overall, disappointing. Never stocked with ingredients and feels like they’re cutting corners.

I rated the food service and atmosphere of five, but the overall is three and that's my opinion because sometime back the prices for Earth Born were more decently priced. Sometime back the cold press juices used to be around $7 a bottle and now they're more like $10 a bottle but the the size hasn't changed. Almost everything within that store has gotten more expensive, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's worth the new price. It's still decently good but for the price you could go to a different place such as JuiceUs that also serves cold press juices for a much better price.

Impressive how despite being the only customer in the restaurant with two employees, my veggie sandwich took 15 minutes to be made. I understand the economy is not improving but to charge $10 +tax for a small, thin vegetable sandwich where the veggies were skimped out (and then not receive the side, at least LOL) is kind of disappointing. My sandwich was also brought out by one employee from a door in the back which I found odd since the other employee was clearly standing in the kitchen in front of me, making smoothies for the other people in the restaurant (no one). This unfortunately isn't the first time I experience this customer service, or lack thereof, but it is the last. Save your money. Go to Shake Express down North 10th street instead.

Very Disappointing. Staff has some nice employees like the one I always see in the morning with the slick back ponytail but most are always sitting, very lazy, very unhelpful to say the least. Quality has gone down over the years which is unfortunate since this was my favorite place for Acai Bowls. Will probably stop coming here. It always looks a mess inside and especially in the kitchen. Also gotten way too expensive. I understand it’s all organic but I don’t believe that considering I see the fruit frozen in bulk. They also advertise their lemonades as naturally sweetened with agave but the girl with the blonde curls said they use a lot of sugar. Super misleading and untrustworthy.
